  • Directed and executed 7 seasons of photoshoots, managing budgets ranging from £2K - £10K while maintaining high-quality production values and delivering final assets within tight timeframes—as quickly as three weeks from planning to final imagery.

  • Directed cross-functional teams, inspiring creativity and driving efficiency, refining processes to maximise productivity and cost-conscious decision-making.

Marketing

  • Developed and executed innovative marketing campaigns, driving brand engagement and sales growth through compelling content, PR events, influencer partnerships, and digital strategies.

  • Crafted compelling copy for press releases, product descriptions, newsletters, and social media, ensuring a cohesive brand voice across all platforms.

  • Oversaw and optimised branding efforts, securing the Positive Luxury Butterfly Mark for sustainability initiatives and ensuring alignment with ethical and environmental standards.

Jewellery Design

  • Designed 15 seasonal collections biannually, overseeing the end-to-end process from concept to production delivery, ensuring that every collection aligned with Tateossian’s brand identity and commercial goals.

  • Managed high-profile private label collaborations, designing for Zegna, MCM, Ede & Ravenscroft, and Beymen, ensuring each collection met brand guidelines and market expectations.

  • Led creative collaborations with global icons, including Elton John, Elton John AIDS Foundation, Zaha Hadid, and Lamborghini, integrating each partner’s vision into exclusive designs.

Product Management

  • Managed the data entry team, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of product information to streamline operations and maintain database integrity.

  • Oversaw supplier relationships, managing communication and production timelines to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality manufacturing.

  • Worked within a complex ERP system, optimising inventory management, production tracking, and workflow efficiency.
